The terms and conditions outlined herein establish the contractual agreement between you and Reigate Airport Solution. By booking a taxi and utilizing our service, you unequivocally acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions as presented in this agreement.

1. Definitions

Reigate Airport Solution, referred to as "we" or "us," denotes the service-providing company. The terms "you" and "your" encompass any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

2. Booking

2.1 Ensure sufficient time allocation for your journey, especially for airport transfers requiring timely check-ins. Reigate Airport Solution is not liable for delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or unavailability during the designated collection time.

2.2 It is your responsibility to request a car of suitable size for passengers and luggage. No guarantee is given for carrying excessive luggage, and each child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger.

2.3 Individuals requiring wheelchair access should specify this at the time of booking.

3. Prices & Payment

3.1 The quoted price by Reigate Airport Solution is based on information provided by you. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT, and any applicable VAT will be charged additionally. We reserve the right to adjust quotes for significant itinerary changes.

3.2 The quote includes a 45-minute waiting period post-landing and airport parking costs. Exceeding this waiting period incurs additional charges at the standard waiting rate.

3.3 Upon accepting our quote, review the booking confirmation promptly. Failure to notify errors absolves Reigate Airport Solution of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.

3.4 Payment for our services is accepted in cash, credit card, or debit card.

4. The Service

4.1 Passenger behavior is the responsibility of the booking party. Charges for cleaning may apply if the vehicle is soiled, damaged, or negatively impacted by passengers.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.

4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained based on height, weight, and age.

4.4 Carrying passengers beyond the licensed or insured limit is prohibited.

5. Cancellations

5.1 Promptly notify Reigate Airport Solution of cancellations to avoid charges. Post-dispatch cancellations incur charges based on the driver's time and distance covered.

5.2 Online booking cancellations may incur charges before dispatch.

6. Liability

6.1 Reigate Airport Solution is not liable for losses due to uncontrollable delays. No circumstances warrant liability for losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Luggage is transported at your own risk.

6.3 In case of vehicle breakdown, we endeavor to provide an alternative promptly.

6.4 You indemnify Reigate Airport Solution for expenses arising from omissions or acts by anyone in your party.

6.5 No party can exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful default, or matters unenforceable by applicable laws.

7. Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any risk is posed to a vehicle or driver by abuse, violence, or damage. No refunds are provided for terminated hires.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 Reigate Airport Solution may subcontract obligations in this agreement.

8.2 Terms and conditions may be altered by Reigate Airport Solution, and changes are effective upon updating this page. Existing bookings adhere to rates in effect at the time of booking.

8.3 Data processing follows the guidelines of the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Reigate Airport Solution and you.

8.5 These terms confer no benefits to third parties without a written agreement.

9. Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be submitted within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Claims beyond this timeframe will not be entertained by Reigate Airport Solution.
